Cores, windings, insulation systems, tanks, and accessories are fabricated and assembled using proven materials and controlled processes across Garvik’s global manufacturing partners.
Each transformer is subjected to documented factory acceptance testing—often with third‑party oversight—covering ratio, impedance, insulation, and functional checks.
Configured for site conditions
Garvik aligns tap ranges, cooling configurations, bushings, and accessories with utility requirements, short‑circuit duties, and mechanical constraints at each substation.
Options include online monitoring, redundant cooling banks, and protection packages coordinated with upstream and downstream devices, providing a clear path from one‑line diagram to an energizable transformer in the field.
